Since the start of lockdown, we have been offering free virtual training on a range of the BeTalent products. The suite of products include; Resilience, Strengths, Decision Styles, Team, Culture Fit, Winning Attitude and Inspiring leader. The usual cost is £300, however we will be continuing to offer a number of free courses each month until the end of the year.
What to expect during the webinar? During each webinar you will gain insight into the relevant and up to date research which relates to the BeTalant product you are being trained on. You will engage in open conversation with the trainer and other trainees, and will also attend smaller break out rooms to have a more intimate conversation about how to use and interpret your personal report. Following the training, you will then be accredited to administer the questionnaires yourself at your convenience
