  • Is the exhibition real?

    Whilst the exhibition is online only, it is definitely real! We are proud to showcase some of the world’s leading HR technology companies.

  • How does my company become an exhibitor?

    It’s very simple and there are just three easy steps! Please contact us on tellmemore@hrtech247.com and we’ll get you onboarded for an annual fee of just £995.

  • What are the benefits of creating an account?

    Creating a free account will enable you to contact different vendors without entering your contact details multiple times. In addition, you’ll have the details of the companies that you have contacted in one easy-to-manage place.

  • How long should I expect to wait for a response from an exhibitor?

    We ask exhibitors to respond to any enquiries within 48 hours.

  • How much does it cost and what do I get?

    A free user account will give you the ability to view all vendor stands, watch exciting seminars and talks, and make contact with any vendor whose technology has caught your eye.

    It costs just £995 per year to become an exhibitor and receive your own virtual stand. In addition to working with our team to set up and customise your stand, you can update your content as many times as you like throughout the year.

It’s no different to a real physical exhibition. You have your own exhibiting space, your stand, branded for you in your colours and with your logos, plus all of your promotional materials available to our guests. You can customise your stand whenever you want, so if you have a new product or a new logo to unveil, you can easily add this to your stand through the Client Profile.

The guests come to you

Every virtual stand provides a link to your website and a contact form that you will receive enquiries from, allowing you to track the success of your stand.

You can update the content of your stand whenever is suits you, so if you have a new product to launch or a special offer you want to promote, you can do so.
