We are looking for an Associate On-Boarding Payroll Analyst to work with our customer and partners Globally. An Associate On-Boarding Payroll Analyst will assist with the set up and configuration of our customer’ payroll data with our Global partners to ensure that the payroll is in compliance with local laws. The Analyst will also be part of setting customers up on our Global payroll platform which our customers use for their Global payroll requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with the On-Boarding of new payrolls for our customers with our Global payroll partners.
  • Configure our Global payroll platform for our customers during set up.
  • Prepare parallel payrolls before Go Live payrolls to ensure our partners and platform is set up as per the customer requirements.
  • Record payroll data in our platform and verify all amounts prior to checks.
  • Prepare manual checks as needed for the customers or for the teams.
  • Discuss payrolls with customers during On-Boarding to ensure all teams are aligned before going live.
  • Prepare and present handover documentation to the business-as-usual team once parallel have been completed and signed off by the customers.
  • Ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks as required
  • Maintain compliant policies and procedures for On-Boarding payrolls


The skills that you have:

  • Post-Graduate from a course that is data analytics orientated
  • Possess data analytic experience
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other similar programmes
  • Demonstrating an understanding of payroll taxes is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Showing ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
