Job Profile

Dovetail Software is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to work within our Customer Operations team. We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in software project management, customer service, and supporting & configuring SaaS based applications.

This role will play a vital role within our organization as well as provide full exposure to the Dovetail customers and team.

We are looking for an agile candidate that can work directly with Dovetail clients to own an implementation from start to finish. Walking customers through the Dovetail project stages, analyzing customer requirements, documenting designs, and configuring the Dovetail tenants for go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and build strong relationships with our customers
  • Project managing Dovetail customer implementations from start to finish
  • Handling and responding to customer questions
  • Implementation process improvement

Skills & Requirements

  • Project Management background, deploying SaaS based applications globally
  • Project Management certification e.g. PMP, Prince2
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills - putting the customer first mentality
  • Excellent planning, organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy - Familiarity of Database technologies, SaaS applications, AWS, CSV
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, QA, Support, Consulting

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience working with HR teams, and ideally an understanding of HR technology and operations
  • Previous experience with CRM technology and/or Helpdesk software
  • Enterprise Report Writing experience desired (e.g. Crystal, Exago, Cognos, BO etc)
