Position Summary

"This SAP role within our UK Professional Services team is home based and customer facing, so an openness to travel (subject to business needs and local safety restrictions) is required.

You will be responsible for your overall module(s) implementation and lead key customer workshops.
You will be responsible for functional design, configuration and integration functional support with other modules or systems.
You will be able to support necessary business development efforts(pre-sales, proposal writing etc.).
You will provide strong sales support where possible for maximised consulting revenue growth.
You will have an effective delivery attitude to ensure a profitable project delivery."

Your Responsibilities

"Collaborate with near/offshore team and manage them against a defined list of activities to ensure that the solution is as per client requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team through sharing of knowledge and information through various medium including updating of internal microsites
Complete necessary company admin to ensure the smooth operation of delivery and finance
If relevant, provide Finance team with the information required, such as invoice queries, estimates to complete, contractual documents (CRs, POs, etc.), produce and forward revenue projections
Keep up to date with HR & Payroll technologies and developments that we deploy through release updates and roadmap information
Upskill with relevant training and certifications
Support SuccessFactors periodic release process through insights and blogs
Actively support business development and presales activities (for example: Maintaining demo system)
Prepare proposals and estimates of work for new work or change requests
Identify and communicate possible upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support the activities to close these opportunities
Lead in workshops and requirement gathering sessions to ensure that the solution is best utilised to meet client requirements
Understand project scope and implement and unit test owned module(s) solution in development
Prepare project documentation to reflect requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other items (i.e. Blueprints, Workbooks, Test Scripts and others as required)
Provide support to the interface work streams to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications
Responsible for testing, fixing of defects, raising SAP support tickets and ongoing management of defect resolution throughout build, test, deployment, and post go live support
Prepare and deliver knowledge transfer and handover training sessions to client and Zalaris support team
Keeping any module owned documents and templates up to date
If required, able to manage and conduct system testing, legacy data mapping, integration and report design"

Education & experience

"This role requires a bachelor university degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of SAP experience and relevant SAP certification (such as HCM, Payroll, SuccessFactors module).
The role requires good SAP HXM product knowledge, ability to act independently in many complex situations, guide others in the field and improve and influence work processes for the competence area.
You will have three or more projects with direct hands-on experience in full lifecycles, with expertise in more than one module across SAP HCM / HXM (On-premise and Cloud)
Ideally you will have consulting experience in both SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and SAP SuccessFactors projects, but experience in one, with certification in the other is also accepted.
Experience within SAP Payroll (UK/IE) is advantageous."
