Immedis are seeking a Marketing Events Executive to join the Marketing team. This is a new role and will work directly with the CMO and various stakeholders to assist in the planning and execution of events and webinars, both live and virtual, for prospects and customers.


  • Maintain yearly internal and external events/webinars calendar
  • Coordinate with Marketing and BDR team to support marketing campaigns related to events/webinars
  • Plan and execute the successful delivery of all events – including webinars, tradeshows, user conferences, customer appreciation events, as well as some internal event support
  • Host webinars - Be the face of Immedis at the event
  • Deliver virtual and in person events, including booth set up, service ordering, stakeholder management, booth timetable etc
  • Work with content and campaign teams to develop and set-up email blasts, social posts, and other promotional material related to events/webinars
  • Prepare speakers for all events – including technical and PowerPoint reviews to deliver the highest production standards
  • Manage suppliers and other contributors
  • Travel as required, overseeing on-site set-up and inspections
  • Develop and maintain events budget
  • Report on events metrics


Desired Skills and Experience

  • BS or BA or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience coordinating and managing events and/or conferences and/or webinars
  • Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce an advantage
  • Experience with ON24 or other webinar platforms an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong collaboration and influencings skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel: Up to 25% travel may be required, including some weekends.
