A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for hunting net new opportunities and strategically selling our revolutionary platform globally. We are looking for an ambitious and success-driven leader to both coach the outbound sales development team and deliver personally upon prospecting goals and exceed targets for meeting and opportunity creation. You will be working on the front line of the commercial organisation, reporting to the Business Development Team Lead and collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute upon the go to market strategy and create the valuable pipeline required to enable the company to exceed demanding new business targets. You will be working in an extremely fast paced environment with the expectation to create your own work, and as such will require a hungry and motivated attitude with experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Within the BD team, you’ll find a team of dynamic and adaptable individuals who are passionate in hunting new business and introducing our platform with the intention of helping companies to grow and drive revenue. They are adaptable sales-driven professionals who have high standards of performance, who want to win and be part of a winning team. We’re now looking for someone who can overachieve in this senior role, with a quarterly target responsibility. The Ideal Candidate An experienced and successful new business hunter: Have you smashed it out of the park generating opportunities in a B2B environment for 18-36 months and are now looking for the next challenge? We are looking for someone with proven success. What You Will Be Doing Outbound B2B prospecting to US and EMEA HQ'd multi-national organisations Executing multiple campaigns across many sectors and roles Generate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in Salesforce Prepare for, attend and present at the quarterly business review meeting Involve yourself in social selling, as well as the more traditional methods over the phone and via email Build strong professional relationships with prospects, customers and key accounts Ensure a proactive approach to learning Requirements Who You Are 1-2 years of proven excellence in business development, preferably in SaaS or technology-based company Have experience partnering with your Account Executive who will close the pipeline you generate You have experience selling to and/or influencing senior executives You are an SDR Team leader or currently an BDR looking for a step up You have a desire to be an effective mentor, who enables talent to grow and be their best selves at work You are highly data driven, analytical and structured You have a continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures You have evidence of over achievement, with strong drive and enthusiasm Benefits Competitive compensation Health Pension Sick pay Access to health & wellbeing programmes Apply Online Apply Your name * Your e-mail address * Message Attachments Drop files here browse files ...
