Bob Rehill is in conversation with Mark Seemann, Founder and CEO of StaffCircle. They discuss creating digital infrastructure for culture and performance manageman pre and post Covid-19.

In just a few months’ time, the COVID-19 crisis has brought about years of change in the way companies in all sectors and regions do business. Bob asks how StaffCircle have created a digital infrastructure during this time.

StaffCircle is an employee relationship platform, which provides an all-in-one solution for internal communication, culture and performance management for both desk and remote workers. CEO, Mark Seemann, previously founded three earlier businesses. Their fast growth and distributed workforce illustrated how hard it was to manage consistent internal communications, ensure suitable performance management and processes, drive employee development plans, and the difficulty in maintaining a consistent culture. There was no single software solution available to help managers solve this, so in 2017 StaffCircle was created. This platform was developed with passion and continue to evolve with new features added every month.
